Judith Dunn is a local historican and has written a very interesting book ‘

Colonial ladies : lovely, lively and lamentably loose : crime reports from the Sydney herald relating to the Female Factory, Parramatta, 1831-1835.‘

The book is very well researched with its vivid discriptions of women characters and their stories. Judith came to Parramatta City Library and had a fascinating author talk which perfectly concluded the author talk for the year.
