Inky Awards 2014 longlists

The longlists for the 2014 Inky Awards have been announced. The awards are presented by the Centre for Youth Literature at the State Library of Victoria for local and international fiction, poetry, anthologies and graphic novels written for young adults.

New Crime Writing Website From Randow House

Random House has launched a new website – a website devoted to crime/thriller books. It consists crime books, crime news, crime authors, crime film/TV and events & awards. You can watch author talks on its site and you can read book reviews.

The site also includes a crime and thrillers Facebook page, a Google+ circle, a monthly enewsletter and a crime blog. A crime app will launch in the next few weeks. You gonna to appreciate the technology that brings books into your finger tips.
