No way down is a journey through the tragic mountaineering accident in August 2008.

A group of highly skilled climbers tried to achieve their dream of reachingpeakofK2- the most difficult climb in the world.  Although K2 is the second highest mountain in the world, afterMount Everest, it’s definitely the most challenging.  Only about 250 climbers ever reached the summit.

The book was one of the bestselling books on the New York Times list in 2010 and won the 2011 Himalayan Book Prize.

Highly recommended if you love climbing, mountaineering, adventure and you are interested in human nature under extreme conditions.
